Twin City Collision Repair here by provides a Limited Warranty on repairs performed by the shop. This Limited Warranty is valid only for as long as you own the vehicle stated herein, and is for the person to whom this Limited Warranty is granted and whose name appears herein and on the original work order.

1. PAINT AND METALWORK:

TwinCity Collision Repair provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty on all paint and metalwork, to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting or deterioration, excluding rust repairs. The Shop will repair and repaint, excluding rust repairs, any metalwork warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made while the present owner stated herein owns the vehicle; unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use,maintenance, care of the vehicle, or as a result of aseparate loss or collision.

2. MECHANICAL REPAIRS:

Twin City Collision Repair provides a three (3) month or four thousand (4,000) mile Limited Warranty on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original collision damage. The Shop will repair or replace any mechanical assembly or component warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made within 3 months (or 4,000 miles) of the effective date (or mileage) stated herein unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, care of the vehicle, or as a result of aseparate loss or collision.

3. PARTS:

TwinCity Collision Repair provides a One (1) Year Limited Warranty, unless mfg. warranty is less, on NEW OEM parts installed by or at the Shop, excluding suspension, air conditioning or other electrical assemblies or components. (Please note: Shop warranty does not exceed Manufacturer warranty.) The Shop will repair or replace any defective part warranted hereby, at its sole option, when claim is made within one (I) year of the effective date stated herein, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, maintenance, care of the vehicle, or as a result of a separate loss or collision. Non-OEM parts warranted by original manufacturer.

• The extent of this warranty shall not exceed the cost of the original repair.
• Any warranty repair must be made at Twin City Collision Repair.

IMPORTANT: KEEP THIS WARRANTY AND ANY SALES SLIPS AND/OR REPAIR ORDERS WITH YOUR OWNER'S MANUAL AND OTHER GLOVE COMPARTMENT LITERATURE.
